RelayWP (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website relaywp.com and distributes the RelayWP WordPress plugin. Our contact address is [email protected].

  • Purchase data — name, email address, and billing details you provide when purchasing a Pro license. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store raw card numbers.
  • Support emails — if you contact us, we retain the email thread in order to resolve your request.
  • Server logs — standard web server access logs (IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL, timestamp) retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging purposes.

In the WordPress plugin

The RelayWP plugin does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data from your WordPress site or its visitors. All Cloudflare API calls are made server-to-server using credentials you supply and never route through our infrastructure.

  • To fulfil your license purchase and send you a receipt.
  • To validate your license key when you activate the Pro plugin.
  • To respond to support requests.
  • To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
