If you are not satisfied with RelayWP Pro for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the address used at purchase with the subject line “Refund request — [your order ID]”.
- We will process the refund within 5 business days.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 3–10 business days).
Conditions
- Refunds are available within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Annual renewal charges are not refundable after 30 days from the renewal date, except where required by law.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds where abuse of the policy is suspected (e.g., repeated refund requests across multiple licenses).
Subscription cancellations
Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. If you cancel within the 30-day window you may request a refund as described above. If you cancel after 30 days, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and no refund is issued.
Free tier
The free RelayWP plugin is distributed via WordPress.org at no charge and is not subject to this refund policy.
