Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or purchasing RelayWP (“the software”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the software.

2. License grant

Upon purchasing a Pro license you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, time-limited (annual subscription) license to install and use the software on the number of WordPress sites specified by your plan. The Free plugin is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later.

3. Permitted use

  • Install the plugin on sites you own or manage on behalf of clients.
  • Modify the plugin for personal use within the bounds of the applicable license.

4. Prohibited use

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Pro plugin or license keys.
  • Use the software for any unlawful purpose.
  • Reverse-engineer the license validation system.

5. Subscription and billing

Pro licenses are billed annually. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-year refunds are issued after the 30-day refund window (see Refund Policy).

6. Updates and support

Active subscribers receive all plugin updates and email support for the duration of their subscription. Updates cease on cancellation or non-renewal; the plugin continues to function at the last-downloaded version.

7. Intellectual property

RelayWP and its logo are trademarks of RelayWP. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will meet your requirements or operate error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RelayWP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

11. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers by email of material changes. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance.
